HP polyurethane belting (high performance)

In accordance with HACCP concept.The EEC Directives regarding the hygiene of foodstuffs, in particular the Directives 93/94, 90/128 and 2002/72, fix the guidelines of the food product manufacturers aiming at the consumer’s health protection by introducing the concept of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points).

Hygiene and protection. Through careful raw material selection and a specific design and manufacturing process CHIORINO has developed the “HP” BELT LINE, providing a surface which perfectly fits the HACCP concept. It actually prevents the bacterial growth and guaranties the conveying of foodstuff in safe and hygienic conditions. The covering of HP belts does not contain any biocide additives that could migrate into the food resulting in contamination.

Resistance to the cleaning process and agents. The HP belts are particular resistant to the corrosive action of baking oils and fats. Furthermore they are not affected by water, steam and cleaning products, thanks also to their high hydrolysis resistance.

Making endless belts

CBC can join conveyor and process belts in our automated work shop including finger, finger overlap skived, overlapped and glued joints for endless belts of the highest quality. We can join most belts up to 4000mm wide in our work shop.

Flighted & Sidewall belts

CBC can High Frequency Weld flights and sidewalls in our own work shop in Scotland ranging from 6mm to 80mm high straight or angled on both polyurethane and PVC belting in a range of colours and materials to match base belt.
